Corrosion Resistance
Titanium forms a stable protective oxide film that provides resistance to many corrosive environments, making appropriate grades useful in chemical, marine, and process applications.
Strength-to-Weight Ratio
Titanium alloys such as Grade 5 combine relatively low density with high mechanical strength for weight-sensitive engineered components.

CORROSION-RESISTANT GRADES
Grade 7 & Grade 12 for Demanding Process Environments
Titanium Grade 7 and Grade 12 are selected for applications where enhanced corrosion resistance is required beyond conventional commercially pure titanium in certain service environments.
Grade 7: Titanium + Palladium
Selected for enhanced corrosion resistance in certain reducing acid and aggressive chemical environments.
Grade 12: Titanium + Molybdenum + Nickel
Combines useful mechanical properties with enhanced corrosion resistance for demanding process applications.
